Dr. Claude-Marthe is an accomplished Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with a Ph.D. from Walden University, where she also earned her Master's degrees. She holds a Master degree in Psychology from Ashford University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Washington Adventist University. Currently, she serves as a Contributing Faculty member at Walden University, guiding Ph.D. candidates through their dissertation processes and facilitating research.

With extensive experience in quality management and compliance, Dr. Claude-Marthe has developed a strong background in overseeing quality control systems and ensuring regulatory compliance across various sectors. Her expertise spans quality management systems, laboratory procedures, and compliance with industry standards.

Born and raised in Haiti as the first child and grandchild, Dr. Claude-Marthe is also a dedicated mother and a self-published author of children's science books on Amazon. She is an active member of the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success and the Golden Key International Honor Society, demonstrating her commitment to both professional excellence and continuous learning.
