Fatimaah Carmichael-Anthony received her Doctorate in Social Work at Capella University in November 2020, and she is passionate about mentorship and implementation research initiatives Dr. Carmichael-Anthony has served as an adjunct faculty member at East Arkansas Community College since January 2021 where she teaches Introduction to Social Work. She has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Grand Canyon University where she taught Social Work Field Instruction. Professionally, Dr. Carmichael-Anthony currently serves as a Performance Consultant with the Department of Veteran Affairs where she has completed national trainings focused on the implementation of evidence-based practice protocols. Dr. Carmichael-Anthony previously served as a faculty mentor within the Interprofessional Fellowship Program and as an advanced practice social worker at Central Arkansas Veteran’s Healthcare Administration.
