Dr. McDaniel is an experimental psychologist with 20 years of teaching and research experience. Her primary teaching areas include research methods and statistics, adolescent development, and learning and motivation. Her current research interests focus on academic motivation, self-efficacy, student success, and women in leadership. She is a member of the Society for Teaching of Psychology (Division 2 APA) and the Psi Chi International Honor Society.
