Dr. Jeannie Highley received her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Walden University and her M.Ed. in School Counseling from the University of North Florida. She is a licensed professional school counselor in Tennessee, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a National Certified School Counselor (NCSC). Dr. Highley has worked for 12 years as a school counselor in the elementary, middle, and high school settings. She is a Contributing Faculty Member for the School of Counseling at Walden University. Her special interests include policy issues and working with military families and rural areas.
