Lacey Farrow, Ph.D. is an Organizational Psychologist, Clinician, and Certified in Organizational Development and Executive Coaching. Dr. Farrow has successfully consulted small, mid, and large-sized healthcare agencies on succession planning, employee retention, and mergers and acquisitions. She has helped smaller organizations increase top and bottom-line outcomes by implementing new and expansive patient programs.
