Dr. Ryann Hanna holds a degree from Walden University in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a focus on leadership development. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida in 2010 and embarked on a Human Resources Management career while pursuing her Master of Arts degree. Throughout her career, she has developed a niche in leadership development for large supply chain and hospitality companies, supporting brands like Reinhart, Martin-Brower, Hilton, Marriott, Chipotle, and Safelite. As a Walden student, she contributed to the opening of hotels and restaurants for Virginia's premier hospitality employer, taught at the Culinary Institute of Virginia, and wrote on work-life integration. Currently, Ryann serves on Walden University's dissertation committee, focusing on qualitative methodology and phenomenology. She resides and commutes between Tampa, FL, and NYC with her son (5), step-son (17), step-daughter (8), husband, and Persian cat, Victoria.
