Susan Ferebee earned her Ph.D. in Information Systems at Nova Southeastern University. She also has an executive JD from Concord Law School (Purdue University Global) and a master’s in educational psychology from Purdue University Global. Susan has over 25 years of industry experience working for America Online (AOL), Intuit, and Lucent Technologies. She has also served as a consultant for more than 25 years.

Susan has published many peer-reviewed articles. Her current research includes studies on supply chain security, ethics of metaverse, Capture the Flag competitions in education, drones for search and rescue, personal cybersecurity behaviors, and the influence of interpretive communities on persuasion. Her most recent research is on ChatGPT – implications and strategies for education. She recently co-edited a book for IGI Global, Curriculum Development and Online Instruction for the 21st Century.
