Dr. Harding is a Contributing Faculty member in the BSW program. She has three years of teaching experience and over 30 years of experience working in human services. In addition to her role at Walden, she also serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency located in Pontiac, Michigan. There she leads agency strategic planning and oversight, administration and human resources, community relations, financial and legal compliance, and fund development. She has expertise in directing Head Start and foster care, housing counseling, asset development, and emergency assistance programs. Her areas of research interests includes human service employees and the impact of their work. Dr. Harding holds a Ph.D. in Human Services, a Master's degree in Social Work, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Development.
